DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS:

KITCHEN/LIVING/DINING AREA- This is one large 'open space' and the heart and center of the home. Unlike some older cottages where rooms are split up, here, while you cook in an open kitchen you can watch TV, talk, see, and hang out with the others in the living room. Those in the living room can be on the computer, watching TV or simply relaxing. There are multiple places to sit and eat. In the kitchen is a breakfast area with bench seating. Near the TV, there is a large stone coffee table for snacks and informal meals, and there is also a dining area that seats eight for those special family events. Oh, need a quick bite? Our two bar stools awaits at the kitchen counter!

BATHROOMS - There are two full bathrooms on the first floor. One is linked directly to the master bedroom, and the other in the hall of the house. Seniors will enjoy the easy access to both the bedroom and bathrooms. Both are equipped with good-sized showers, and the hall bath has a bathtub for those who love to bathe! Upstairs, there is a full bathroom that accommodates the upstairs guests.

BEDROOMS - There are four bedrooms, two downstairs, two upstairs, perfect for multiple families. All bedrooms have pillow-top beds for a relaxful sleep. The downstairs bedrooms include a room with two full bunk beds, great for kids and families with young children. There is room for an additional pack-and-play or air mattress.The other downstairs bedroom has a king bed with a ceiling fan. The upstairs bedrooms include a king and a queen bed. In the upstairs bedroom with the queen bed, you can fit another air-mattress if you'd like!

DECK - Upstairs there is a deck that overlooks West Avenue. Enjoy dinner and catch-up times throughout the day! The deck has a table that comfortably seats four, but the deck can hold up to eight.

ADDITIONAL OUTDOOR SEATING - There is a table with several chairs to sit around the grill while you are waiting to use the shower or waiting for the food to cook, or simply hanging out with family and friends.

OUTDOOR SHOWER- There is nothing like taking relaxing shower in 85 degree weather! Before going into a cool house, it is nice to get all cleaned up and head in to enjoy the comforts of home. With the adjustable shower head, kids love using the shower, sometimes for the very first time!
GRILL- A gas grill awaits those special barbeque treats that are a must for summertime fun.
OUTDOOR SHED - Enjoy the beach chairs, toys, and other surprises found in our shed.

LOCATION - The house is 7 blocks from the boardwalk. You can get to the boardwalk easily through the trolley, biking, running, or even walking! It is far enough from the noise and crowds, yet close enough to enjoy within minutes. You can see the beach from the alley of the street. Around 34 Street, or 4 blocks over, you have shopping, playgrounds, bike rentals, ice-cream treats, and restaurants to satisfy any shopping or food cravings. An extra bonus is a second playground just a stone's throw from the house!
