Walk a block down Meadow Drive and enjoy shopping , dining ,Bowling alley, outdoor ice skating rink right in front of Solaris, all just a two minute walk away. Beautifully decorated ONE BEDROOM with TWO FULL BATHS, brick fireplace and full kitchen.The condo has a custom made sliding barn door that closes and locks the living area off into a separate bedroom at night. A full size trundle bed is stored under the master bed and futon cushions in the window seat can accommodate an additional guest. The condo has some great features: a brick and stone/ gas fireplace, comfortable window seats to relax (and that also converts to a small bed), dining table that seats 4, new 32-inch color TV, new CD/Stereo, new DVD player with a selection of DVD's, Apple TV( please sign into your own account to use) a claw foot bath as well as a second river rock and tiled shower and full kitchen with custom cabinets, travertine countertops and new high-end appliances. An outside balcony offers more living area and super views. We even have a high-speed wireless internet connection. For the coffee lover, we have a built- in Miele coffee system. The bedroom features a hand painted bed, armoire, chests and a new queen bed plus a full bath with travertine and river rock shower and Mexican tiles. South facing windows offer mountain and village views. Custom wide-plank hand-painted floors are featured throughout as well as hand-plastered walls. A Second bedroom can be had by sliding the barn doors closed and pulling out the new full-size trundle. One large private ski locker is available in the building entry for guest use. Laundry facilities are in the basement of building. Underground parking is in an adjacent building connected by a commercial tunnel. Hot tub and pool privileges available for guests at the new 5-star Sebastian behind our building. THIS IS STRICTLY A NO SMOKING AND NO PETS CONDOMINIUM. The Vail Village shuttle stops in front of our building for short trips to Lionshead, Dobson Ice Skating Rink, Golden Peak and beyond. Vista Bahn Lift is a five-minute walk thru Vail Village. So, park your car for your whole vacation. You probably won't need it! We are located in the Vail Village Inn Condos at Meadows Dr. and Vail Rd. Upon booking , PLEASE read inportant parking and directions as well as building entry codes sent to you .
