Terrific downtown location available by the month. One bedroom with four poster queen bed plus upstairs loft with queen sleeper sofa. Two patios, one off of living room plus large rooftop deck with relaxing seating to enjoy skyline and city light views. Beautifully decorated with comfortable, tasteful furnishings. Hand scraped maple wood flooring, Kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, contemporary cabinets. Well stocked for all of your dining and entertaining needs. Includes cable TV, wireless internet connection, washer/dryer. 1 Assigned underground parking spot. Only blocks to Petco Ball Park and Gaslamp Quarter, Convention Center and harbor. Great access to public transit and trolley line. Walk to grocery stores and restaurants. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING IN UNIT, PATIOS, OR COMMON AREAS!!

This property was an exact match for everything we were looking for. Location, secure parking, great layout, close to everything in the Gaslight district.Owner was the best and easiest to work with over the summer.I would rent this space again without hesitation!!

Very clean with essentials provided for a several day stay. Great location to walk to all downtown restaurants, grocery stores, Padres games, etc. Quiet building with polite residents.

Spacious loft in the middle of downtown San Diego with easy public transportation next door! Couldnt ask for a more comfortable stay and Bob was a great host!
