What makes this unit so appealing is the location on the resort. Because of this, you will have 180 degree, unobstructed views of BVI, St. John, Thatch Cay, Pineapple Beach, etc. You are also only a few steps away from the pool and a 5 minute (literally) stroll to the beach.

You will have access to the entire resort (i.e. pools, nature trails, beach, Gazebo).
I am available by phone or email during your stay and have an on-island manager to take care of things!
Convenient East End Location - close to Coki Beach, Lindquist Beach, Red Hook, Sapphire Beach Resort, the Ferry to St. John, Warm Caribbean Waters and Tons of Restaurants to enjoy a night out!
We always recommend renting a car - it is truly the best way to explore St. Thomas - from the restaurants and beaches on the East End, to the Views from Mountaintop to the Beautiful Vistas on Skyline - Tree Limin Extreme on the Northside and Mermaids Chair on the West End - St. Thomas has it all!
Cancellation of rental amount: if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in, full refund minus $100 cancellation fee; if cancelled 29 to 14 days prior to check-in, 50% cancellation penalty; if cancelled 13 days to 0 days prior to check-in date, 100% cancellation penalty
Occasionally the island electric company WAPA will have an issue with their service and you may experience an unexpected power outage; sometimes this is island-wide and sometimes it only affects certain areas but it has nothing to do with the resort or our villa so unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about it. Should this happen, you’ll also temporarily lose running water (which also means no toilet flushing) but there should be bottles of water under the bathroom sink to pour in the tank if needed. Should you experience a power outage, the restaurants on Point Pleasant have independent generators and so does the lobby so they will be open, but it’s a perfect opportunity to unplug and go to the beach or explore different places on the island. Most locals are used to this but I truly understand this is not the norm for everyone else – hopefully you can roll with it and look around at the beautiful views and appreciate the beauty along with the quirks of island life!

-Neighborhood Quiet Hours between 10pm and 8am
-Must be able to use stairs

This spot was just what we were looking for to get away from everday life things. It was easy to get to from the street, beautiful veiw of the Harbor while just a short walk from restaurants, pool & beach. Though there were a lot of steps we didnt mind the exercise. We look forward to coming back to the island with our children in the futre. I will mention that one of the sliding door handle is broken so it was hard to open and close and we did loose power a couple times but not for long but all were doable.

We stayed at this property for a 3 day period. On our arrival it was raining and we were dropped in front of the condo B29 owner Eddy Perez's property walkway and my partner who has excellent balance and was wearing new running shoes, slipped on the painted tile coming off the paved road, landing on his back. This totally spoiled our vacation which was short to begin with. This was at no fault of our own and after back and forth with both the property owner and the resort management both took no accountability for the incident and offered no compensation or to return at another time on the house. Would never return here again.
