About this apartment rental
Our community is finally open again after the devastation of Hurricane Ian in September of 2022. All four buildings are back open with new roofs, elevators, back up generators and fire pumps. All four buildings have received a fresh coat of paint with the warm Florida colors of white and light blue. The pool and spa/hot tub are open. Our unit did not experience any damage, however we completely repainted and did some minor remodeling.

Experience the beautiful views from the lanai of San Carlos Bay, Sanibel Island, Sanibel Harbour Resort, and the Sanibel Harbour Yacht Club. Enjoy seeing dolphins frolic during your morning coffee and the stunning sunsets in the evening. This lovely vacation destination is surrounded by lush landscaping, a tennis/pickleball court, swimming pool, hot tub, shuffleboard courts, kayaking, and boating. If interested in back water fishing or Gulf fishing just order up one of many available captains. Also you will find easy access to the nearby municipal boating ramp. Just 10 minutes from Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island, you will enjoy visiting the Ding Darling Preserve or the Shell Museum. Enjoy nearby shopping at the unique island boutiques, and enjoy spectacular meals at nearby restaurants. This home away from home is fully furnished with a king size bed and shuttered windows in the master bedroom, two single twin beds in the guest room (condo sleeps 4), as well as a washer and dryer and Internet and cable, television in the living room and the master bedroom, breakfast bar and dining table. Don't forget to book a boat tour and/or dinner cruise.
Owner prefers monthly rental, but 7 days is the minimum.

For us, Florida in July is all about visiting local family. Throw in a spectacular water view, amazing colorful sunsets, and playful animal life, and the trip becomes a vacation! Punta Rassa is an ideal location for us, and Mark’s condo did not disappoint. It was tastefully decorated, had abundant amenities, and fully suited our needs. The best summertime feature is the fully enclosed lanai (which can be opened to screens in cooler weather). It provided hours of relaxation — and the binoculars to watch the manatees and dolphins up close were a bonus! Mark’s opening & closing instructions were very clear and we appreciated all the suggestions for dining and entertainment provided in the guest notebook. We highly recommend Punta Rassa and the “million dollar view” this condo offers!

Centrally located between Sanibel island and Fort Myers Beach. Close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Really enjoyed watching all the boats and yachts go buy from the balcony. The view of San Carlos Bay, the various small islands and Sanibel can’t be beat.
The condo was nicely equipped with everything you might need. Comfortable and inviting, we really enjoyed our stay. We also had great communication with the owner and absolutely no problems.

Mark does a nice job of communicating. The property is in a great location and has a stunning view. The unit is clean and functional. I would recommend this rental and would stay there again.

The condo was beautiful and in a great location. The grounds were maintained in immaculate condition. Sanibel and Captiva Islands are right across the bridge and Fort Myers is just a few minutes away. A great place to relax.
