WELCOME! NOW TAKING BOOKINGS FOR SUMMER 2027. Have you been searching for a relaxing stay with all the resort amenities and great price in a high quality, clean condo? YOUR SEARCH ENDS HERE! Enjoy this fully furnished, well appointed condo that features everything your family could want for a fun beach vacation. Swim in the sparkling pool (opens about one week before Memorial Day to just after Labor Day 2027), grill on your private patio barbeque, free use of boogie board, umbrella, beach cart and beach chairs (provided in lock shed). This is a single-level unit with no condos above or below, so nice and quiet. The condo also features a personal, full sized washer and dryer, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and stove, dining seats for 6. First bedroom has 2 full size beds and its own private bathroom (with shower/tub combo) and TV; Second bedroom has one king size bed and flat screen TV with full bath, corner shower. Linens (sheets & towels) are not provided, so bring own or may be rented for nominal fee. Also pet friendly (add'l fee applies per pet, 2 max). Condo has three flat screen TV sets, Wifi and DVD players. All these fantastic amenities AND at the BEST location on the beach, just cross the street (Atlantic Avenue) to the sand and surf of the Atlantic ocean. The north end of this beautiful resort area is quieter than the main drag hustle and bustle area but just a mile or two away from all the excitement if you want anything from paragliding and boat rides to the best seafood at the beach! We have had repeat guests coming every year for the past 14 years. Also very close by is all the shopping, dining and fun beach attractions that make Virginia Beach a great, family-friendly place for all!

Great stay. The ocean is two blocks away and the beach was not too busy. The north end of Virginia Beach was quiet. We had teenage kids and loved it. Condo has nice pool if ocean is rough. Hosts were amazing.

Loved our stay at "the Beachcomber" at the MaiKai. Love the proximity to the ocean...it is just across the street. Love having the pool, when the ocean is not on the plan. Love that it is away from the noise and confusion of "the Boardwalk", yet it is an easy drive to get there and enjoy! My knees were especially happy that there aren't any stairs. Bedrooms and living area were comfortable and easy to use. The owner even returned some clothes I forgot in one of the drawers! How thoughtful! It was a wonderful experience and great vacation home!
