About this house rental

Great location! 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, newly updated kitchen and bathroom, large back yard with firepit, and Weber gas grill. Plenty of room for parking. This beach cottage is on the same street as the boardwalk, musical fountain and beach! Just a few blocks from downtown shopping and restaurants, Wednesday and Saturday Farmers Market. 1 mile to the state beach. We provide all linens, including beach towels and chairs, central air, dishes, dishwasher, traditional drip coffee maker and Keurig, washer and dryer, WiFi, provided. Plenty of parking. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Close to the public boat launch, nearby golf, and only 22 miles from Michigan's Adventure. You won't be disappointed with this location! Sleeps 6! Note: the upstairs bedrooms are very small with lower ceilings than the main floor bedrooms.

Comfortable stay at Lisa’s property. Cute decorating, very well equipped kitchen, beach chairs, a very nice grill, proximity to downtown is excellent and the air conditioner worked very well! Please note however: the property is on a very busy street which did cause traffic noise, ( even at night) and it was often very hard to back out during heavy traffic.

Landlord is very good with communication. Location is prime for biking or walking to Grand Haven shops and waterfront. The A/C really worked well. Loads of extra blankets and beach chairs. Well stocked kitchen. Good experience.
