We have a four bedroom 2.5 bath oceanfront available. The condo has been beautifully updated. This four bedroom is oceanfront occupying the top third and fourth floors. The master bedroom has a king bed, private full bath, and sliding glass doors onto an one of two oceanfront balconies. The second bedroom features a queen and a double bed and a full bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a half bath. The fourth bedroom is an oceanfront loft with two twin beds. The loft opens out onto the remaining oceanfront balcony. Great place to stay. Right on the beach, walking distance to the pier and restaurants. The property has a pool and we only shared it with one other family while we were there and they had kids the same age as ours so the kids loved that. Clean and well maintained with plenty of parking. Ken, the owner, was quick to respond to any questions or concerns both pre-booking and during our stay. Highly recommended.

When we arrived to the home, check in was fast and efficient , the ocean view was PERFECT. The scenery was amazing and so fun. The pier was just a walk away and the 4th of July fireworks were amazing. So glad we spent the 4th here. The home was stacked with all the essentials we needed, the beds were comfy and nice and there was plenty of room for our family of 7. When we walked into the home it smelled fresh and clean. We were very pleased with our stay. The only thing we would complain about is the seating for the living room area, not enough as far as being comfortable and the television was a bit to small for a living room space but for the price we paid, I think a bigger tv should be added. Other than that it was great. Thanks for having us

Right on the beach, this spot was a perfect accommodation for 2 kids and aging parents (elevator services the 3rd floor). The kids loft was good for ages 5 or ones in a crib. You can see the beach from 2 balconies and the main bedroom. The pool was shared with the rest of the complex, though it was not too busy most of the time. TVs in all rooms - good for watching the World Cup and taking sun breaks.

This property is a great location, it is a close walk to the pier with shops, arcade and food. Plenty of room for large family or several families. The loft upstairs was great for the kids and they had their own balcony. The Washer was broken when we got there and we were told someone was coming to look at it and no one ever came. The owner did tell us we could use a laundry mat about 15 mis away but it was a bit inconvenient. The pool was also closed for 3-4 days while we were there, when they close the pool they close the access to the beach so you have to walk around to the public access which isn’t too far. Overall it was a nice location and condo. We had a great week.
