This large air-conditioned 80sqm three-room apartment is located on the first floor of a recent, secure building with lift, in the city center, close to all shops and the beach. Everything can be done on foot, the car is not essential, garage available in the basement. Its openings and its large 30 m2 terrace offer peace and quiet.

- DAY AREA: large living room with dining room and open kitchen very well equipped, a large table will allow you to take your meals comfortably. the living room with its sofa can offer sleeping for 2 people.

- furnished terrace for meals and relaxation on the mountain side.
- Internet connection
The stays are of a minimum duration of 7 days with arrival on Saturday in high season, free day the rest of the year, to be negotiated with the owner.

Pour la 2éme fois, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement où tout est prévu. L'accueil par les propriétaires y est très sympathique.

Appartement avec de très belles prestations, pas besoin de voiture (plage, commerces, centre ville, port: tout est accessible à pied)
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Adresse à conserver et à partager.
