No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

The condo was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The coffee machine was broken but the management company brought us a new one right away. Only issue was that the entrance door lock was really tight and difficult to open (apparently getting fixed soon) and we had to sometimes spend few minutes trying get inside. Other than that we had a great experience with this unit.

Everything was great from the check in process to the stay. Location is central and close to a lot of beaches and Waikiki downtown. Specious property that did not lack any amenities. Plus having extra beach gear was a huge plus. Thank you!

We enjoyed the hotel. It would have been nice to have parking available. One bathroom for up to 6 people is tough. I definitely think there are better ways to help with noise from the street. I also believe there are small things that could improve the experience without costing a bunch of money like lubing the doors so they didn’t squeak. Good experience overall for the money.
