No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

This unit was clean and very spacious. Easily accommodated six adults for 5 nights. Everything was super easy to locate. This is the second time staying at Luana and both have been positive experiences and I will stay there when I visit the island again. Only issue i had was parking misunderstanding with my unit and it was quickly addressed. See ya next time.

It was difficult to find a place that could accommodate our group of 8, but this place had more than enough space. Mostly clean and well maintained and the host was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!!
