About this house rental
HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This 4-bedroom Palmetto Dunes home is a short 10 minute walk to the beach. Off the entry you'll find a spacious great room and sunroom overlooking the lagoon. Two master bedrooms have a king beds, TVs and private baths. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two queen beds, TVs and private baths. One of the queen suites offers wheelchair accessibility, complete with an oversized doorway and an amazing bathroom with a roll-in shower that has a seat and two shower heads. In addition, the closet has pull down bars for easy access to your clothing without a hassle, plus the sink has an overhang to accommodate a wheelchair. (The entrance to the house does not have a ramp and is therefore not wheelchair accessible). There is also a loft with twin high-rise trundle beds that overlook the great room. Outside is a large pool with changing area, outdoor shower, and gas grill.

We really enjoyed our stay at 10 Sea lane. The house was so nice. Our favorite part about the house was sting on the back deck viewing beautiful scenery and wildlife. We will be back agin.

We loved our stay here! The location and layout of the house was perfect! Our kids loved fishing off the pier, swimming and having their own space. The sun room was an ideal place to relax and enjoy our morning coffee or a cocktail at night. Some of the bedrooms could use some updating and we had trouble getting the some of the TVs to work, but that did not impact our wonderful vacation! We would most certainly consider staying at 10 Sea Lane again!

Great location! Accommodations perfect for our family gathering with 4 large bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, loft sleeping area, 2 living rooms, large kitchen and dining area, wet bar, swimming pool, hot tub and backyard with dock on the lagoon. Easy walk to the beach for plenty of beach time! Outside of the house could use some cleaning (branches, leaves, pine straw, etc) on entrance way, deck and roof. Highly recommend this property!
