My place is close to Ocean Point, Boothbay and Boothbay Harbor. It's very quiet and private. It's good for couples, solo's, business travelers, families, pets. It converted to a cottage with a small addition, sunroom and deck. It has a full kitchen - with lobster pots, air fryer, full bath, washer and dryer and sleeps 4. There is wi-fi and a Roku TV. There are song birds around and you might even see some wild turkeys and deer on the property. A nice back yard with a grill for cookouts. There are several things to do in the area. I can provide a list. A Great place to relax after a day of exploring the area.

Nice place to stay at very reasonable rate. Located close to many great places to visit. Comfortable, all appliances worked, dry in the heaviest rain. Surrounded by pretty woods with great wildlife and birds.

The property is a cozy cottage in a wooded neighborhood within easy walking distance of the water on both sides of the peninsula on which it is situated. The location is convenient for visiting the entire Boothbay and Boothbay Harbor area. It has two small bedrooms, one full bathroom, a complete kitchen, small dining area, laundry area, and comfortable living room with a large tv and a powerful air conditioning unit. There are also ceiling fans and other fans. The cottage works well for two close couples and two dogs. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We stayed with our two boys (8 & 10) and two dogs. The cottage had everything we could have wanted! We always worry about our kids/dogs bothering people because not everyone enjoys happy shrieks or occasional barking, but the location of this was perfect! Close to everything we wanted and tucked away off the main road and not on top of our neighbors. We hope to return again as we had the best time!!

This is a quiet, peaceful house close to Ocean Point. The home is well equipped with everything you would need including dishwasher, washer and dryer, gas stove with nice oven, heat and air conditioning and even an air purifier. It even has wifi. We had a lovely week there. The owner was very nice and checked with us several times to be sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.
