About this apartment rental
We renovated a pottery studio behind our garage to create this unique apartment space. Guests have off-street parking and a private outdoor space with grill and fire pit. Relax on the couch and enjoy a 55" TV, fast internet and a dedicated work space. Sleep comfortably on a Nectar mattress - there's a queen sized bed and then a second full sized mattress in the loft! You can enjoy the beautiful sunsets sitting outside. Bring your dog and enjoy walking in our peaceful neighborhood.
Bowdoin is three blocks away and you can easily walk into town. We are a short drive to many beautiful spots where you can walk and enjoy Midcoast Maine! Wolfe's Neck State Park is a 20 minute drive where you can watch ospreys hunt and nest. Reid State Park and Popham beach are easy day trip and beach towels and a cooler are provided!
Brunswick has wonderful restaurants. A few options for fantastic dinners include 555 North and Enoteca. Grab a delicious burger at the Sea Dog in Topsham, overlooking the Androscoggin where you can often see sturgeon leaping completely out of the water! Make a day trip down to the shops in Freeport and grab a lobster roll for lunch at Harraseeket Lunch and Lobster. Spend the day kayaking or exploring in Harpswell and enjoy a beautiful dinner at the Dolphin Marina.
The apartment has a kitchenette with a microwave that doubles as an air fryer and has a convection oven feature, counter top stove burners, a toaster, Nespresso machine, regular drip coffee maker, small fridge and freezer.
We will be coming and going during your stay and available if you need anything but will give you privacy to enjoy the space and make it your own during your stay. Smoking is allowed outside.

Nice quiet location. Was exactly as described in the listing. The host went over and above to create an excellent experience. There was also parking spot directly adjacent to the apt.Super pet friendly. Bed was very comfortable, Kitchenette had ample amenities and included a Nespresso coffee maker.Host had great communication. Process was easy

Apt was better than pics! Had a great stay and hosts were great- available if needed. Great spot with just a short walk to Bowdoin college. Plenty of areas to walk. Nice fire pit in yard and great private sitting area outside. Inside had all the needed equipment for meals etc- although there are plenty of places around to eat. Highly recommended

This is a decent place with a small private backyard. It’s also conveniently located within walking distance to Bowdoin College. I’m very satisfied with my stay here.
