About this apartment rental

Beautiful Fairway Apartments across the street from the Twain Harte Golf Course and within walking distance to downtown. Only 22 miles from the Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. Many hiking trails, lakes and rivers in this awesome area of the Sierra mountains. This unit has been refreshed from top to bottom with a new paint. Plenty of parking spot included with other guest parking. Master bedroom has a king bed with a dedicated bathroom and the second bedroom has a king size bed also. Livingroom has a queen sofa bed. It has a front porch with a gas grill for BBQing.

We and our friends were quite happy with the nice accommodations. The rooms were large, well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. The location was within walking distance to town. There was a nice sitting area outside with just a little bit of traffic noise. …. not bad art all. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

4 hiking friends stayed at this apartment. We hiked and swam during the day around Pinecrest area which was an easy 25 min drive. We came back to relax and have dinner. It was very comfortable, plenty of room for all of us. We all said we would like to come back. Highly recommend!

We all loved stepping back in time. The 70s style was right up our alley. The driveway was a bit difficult to see, but parking was plenty. Location is perfect for all the things to do around Twain Harte.

So welcoming and comfortable. The rooms are large and well furnished. The beds are ultra comfortable. The kitchen is well set up and has so many utensils and cookware. There were even two Brita pitchers in the refrigerator. So thoughtful. We are going back next June for a week.

Overall the house was fabulous, including the yard! The kitchen was well equipped with the exception of a missing cooking fan. Watch out if you are cooking something like bacon, you will set off the fire alarm. wi-Fi was not consistent so had to go to a coffee shop to work half day.

The apartment was very clean with comfortable beds. It was toasty warm for a snowy weekend in Twain Harte. The apartment has a 70s/80s vibe in terms of kitchen and bathroom, but still very clean and functional. It has everything you’d need for a weekend. The host was absolutely wonderful - as soon as we pulled into the driveway, she directed us where to park and welcomed us. Thank you!

This place was charming, lovely, without being fancy or uppity. The hosts were just superb in communicating and doing everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The place is fairly big, has all the amenities you might need and in excellent condition. I can't recommend the place enough. Just a wonderful, memorable stay.

Unfortunately our trip was cut short due to a winter storm. The one night we stayed was pleasant. The home is much larger than it appeared in the pictures. We checked in late and the lights were left on for us. Very responsive host. We were sad to leave early.

We enjoyed staying at this apartment in Twain Harte. It was bigger than we realized and was comfortable and well stocked with everything you might need. For an easy get away and good access to the mountains it was perfect. It is not the fanciest place but well located, clean and very pleasant. The owners were available to answer questions and very friendly.

We just needed a weekend getaway not too far from the Bay Area for our family of 4. Although the time of the year when we came was quite hot (high 90's) the place was always cool and comfortable, even without A/C! Very close to a golf course and downtown Twain Harte. Short drive to either Columbia or Pinecrest Lake. Laurie the property manager was super sweet and accomodating.
