About this apartment rental
Pet friendly - 1 small dog, 15 lbs or under that doesn't shed. One bedroom, one bathroom, completely remodeled condominium in a 55 year+ community ( and at least one person MUST BE 55). Purchased in 2013 and added all new floors, paint, kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, countertops, sink and faucet. New countertop, sink, faucet in bathroom. A very active community with a pool, large hot tub, shuffle board, pickle ball court, community center, laundry facilities, exercise room, pool table, and library, Please go to for more information. We were looking for a 3 month rental while our home was being built. This property worked out beautifully. Great location away from the city but close to grocery and shopping malls. Secure area with wonderful amenities. The only down side would be the fact that it is an upstair unit. Would highly recommend.

Adele and Vince were extremely helpful and responsive with any questions and issues we had (only a couple of minor things). Vince even gave me good referrals for work that I needed done on my classic car. We were there in the heart of the summer months and the only drawback was the noise of the air conditioning unit (probably not an issue in other months). Otherwise, everything worked well and the condo was clean and fully equipped for an extended stay.
The complex was also well-maintained and the pool was clean and large enough for lap swimming. Laundry facilities were clean and functional. All of the neighbors were friendly and welcoming and we plan on seeing some of them again (we relocated here and stayed at the condo while we looked for a house). They were/are our friends now.
The location is away from the city centers, but it's a nice area and almost everything you need is just a short drive away, with highway 60 nearby for easy freeway access. You get a great view of Superstition Mountain from the balcony.
All in all, it's a great bargain and we are pleased with our first, albeit temporary, residence in Arizona.
