2023 Renovations Complete!
Las Olas has been masterfully updated in 2023. In addition to adding a brand new full bathroom, the interior has a new neutral paint color throughout, adding cohesiveness and bringing a light, airiness to the whole house. The kitchen has all new gorgeous quartz countertops, bright, white cabinets, updated lighting, fixtures and barstools - adding a modern, clean feel. Gorgeous wood-look flooring has been installed throughout the second and third floor. All of the bathrooms have been updated with new showers, tiles, vanities, and flooring. The primary bathroom has been beautifully redesigned with a new glass shower enclosure, stand alone soaking tub, new floors, fixtures, and lighting. Come experience luxury on the beach at the all new Las Olas!

Las Olas is a beachfront vacation rental in Miramar Beach, Florida right on the Gulf of Mexico. The white-sand beach and emerald-green water will be right at your door when you stay at this luxury rental! There is a private beach walk off the back deck that leads you to the shore. From March to October, three sets of beach chairs will be provided and set up by the beach attendant. You can also spend time relaxing in your own private pool while looking out at the beach. The beachfront pool is on the side of the home under a lanai that provides shade to keep you cool during the hot summer. During the winter, the pool can be heated upon request. Inside the home, there are eight bedrooms (three offer gulf views), four and a half bathrooms, two living areas, a gourmet kitchen, and a gulf-view dining area. All three floors of the home are serviced by an in-home elevator.
The first floor houses the primary living areas including a cozy living room with two plush sofas (one doubles as a sleeper sofa), a wet bar with a mini fridge and beverage prep station, and a flat-screen TV. Also on the first floor is the kitchen with white stone countertops, a double-wide sink, stainless steel appliances, an icemaker, an electric stove, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, and blender. The cabinets are well stocked with all dishes, utensils, and cookware. The bar counter provides seating for four at bar stools. Dining can also take place at the rustic wooden table with seating for eight. While dining, guest can enjoy looking out at the beach through the dining area's large windows.
The second floor houses a secondary living area with a sleeper sofa, futon and flat screen TV. Off of the living area is a full bath with a combination shower/tub. The bedrooms on the second floor include a bunk room perfect for children, two guest suites, and two queen suites with private balconies overlooking the beach. Rounding out the second floor is a large laundry room with GE appliances.
The third floor is home to two more queen suites that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The final bedroom on the third floor is the luxurious master suite. The master offers a king bed, a love seat, a flat-screen TV with a sound bar, DVD player, and DVR. From the master suite, step out onto your own private balcony with the best views from anywhere in the house of the Gulf. The master also has its own private bathroom with dual sinks, soaker tub, standalone shower, and private water closet. Off of the master bath is a walk-in closet that doubles as a second laundry room.
Las Olas is just a short distance away from shopping and dining venues such as the Destin Commons and the famous Whales Tail Bar and Grill. Four bikes are provided with the home, which are great for riding down the wide sidewalks of Scenic Gulf Drive along the beach!

The property is in a great location. It is easy access to the beautiful beach. It was clean, spacious and fit our needs of a large group , except that the elevator did not work properly and made it difficult for our older guests to get to their sleeping area. The rental company did try to fix it for us and we appreciate that.

We had 22 in our group and fit perfectly!
We were right on the beach, had 3 complimentary beach umbrellas (needed with the heat), decks on each floor, and 2 washers and dryers. The beach is clean and the water perfect. Everyone says they would love to go back in a heartbeat!
Also, the property manager responded immediately to any concerns/ issues we had. Great experience!

This property was really nice. It was very clean and the property managers checked in to see how our trip was going. This is definitely was a 5 star property. The only thing I would change is to add lighting to the deck. Great vacation home.

We were a party of 19 (4 families)… Las Olas was perfect with lots of room! Very clean, great location and 2 separate laundry rooms. Within walking distance to Whalestail, Circle K and Alvin’s souvenir shop. Prompt response from host and maintenance personnel. Highly recommend!!
