Welcome to this beautiful house only 10 minutes away from the famous Las Vegas strip and 5 minutes away from the airport! This property is located in the in Silverado Ranch, Las Vegas. Clean and safe community. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Brand new furnishing and queen sized beds in all the bedrooms, fresh paint and newly renovated kitchen. There is free WiFi and TV , one 55 inch LCD tv in the main floor living area and a smaller TV in the master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and prepare a meal. A washer and dryer is available for use . The backyard has a beautiful Pool and hot tub, brand new BBQ unit. Restaurants, super markets are less than 2 minutes away via car, and 5 minutes away from the South Premium Outlet.

Nice home in a quiet area but close to the Henderson and Las Vegas attractions. Grocery stores, Costco, fast food and fine dining all just a short drive away.
The home has modern appliances a nice kitchen and an almost new gas grill out by the pool and hot tub. Plenty of linens, table ware and kitchen utensils, paper products and soaps for the size of the home. Charlie and his neighbor Richard are available and quick to answer any questions.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this home during Christmas and New Years holiday. Owner even decorated it for Christmas, a very nice gesture. Everything was clean and fully supplied for cooking, cleaning and laundry. Even shampoo and hand soap in the bathrooms. Next door neighbor was also available for help. The location was very conveinent to the airport, downtown and the Strip and Hoover Dam.

Good property, great for multiple people. Slightly disappointed that the location was not as advertised. We also had to purchase light bulbs for the living spaces as all were out.
