Summary:

This relaxing retreat is perfect for a quite getaway, time with family or a special celebration! Challenge each other to a game of billiards or foosball! The expansive yard is ideal for entertaining with pool, spa, long outdoor granite BBQ area, huge covered patio, cornhole on the turf, and several areas to lounge and soak up the Las Vegas sun! The home is conveniently located less than a mile from the grocery store, restaurants, McDonald’s and Starbucks.



The Space:

Guests love that this is a single story home that has been newly remodeled indoors and out! desired kitchen amenities are there for your convenience including Keurig coffee machine with an assortment of K-cups coffee, toaster, blender, wine glasses, serving platters and plastic dishes to lounge by pool. There is a hairdryer in every bathroom and iron/ironing board is also available for use.



Use the spa any time you would like with remote control for heat and jets at your fingertips! Heating the spa is included in your stay. Heating the pool is $150 for the first day and $50 for each consecutive day (need advance notice - it takes 24 hours to get up to temp and you don’t need to heat all days of your stay).



Please note that this home has a pool alarm on sliding doors for children’s safety.

Guest Access:

Guest can access all areas of the home including private pool and spa, laundry room and 2 car garage. This is a completely private home there is no one else that will be on property during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

The home is centrally located only 5 miles from the famous Las Vegas strip and from Harry Reid International Airport. There is a huge park called Sunset Park 2 miles away with large pond with fish, ducks, etc. It is a great place to go for a walk or jog! The home is also conveniently located 2 miles from Wal-Mart and less than a mile to grocery stores, restaurants, gas station etc.



Getting Around:

There is free parking in the garage or on the driveway if you’re planning on driving your own car or renting a car. Rideshare such as Uber or Lyft are readily available in Las Vegas and so are taxis. There is also a bus route nearby with short walk.



Other Things to Note:

Per City of Henderson regulations, there is one front camera and one backyard camera. There are no cameras indoors.



The bath towels provided can also be used for pool towels. However, if you want separate pool towels we recommend you bringing your own.
