The Center Street Guesthouse (4 Bed/2Bath) is situated in the heart of the Downtown Douglas Design District. Located in a historic society award-winning 1870's renovated building just above a contemporary art gallery and a block from the Saugatuck/Douglas harbor and/or a mile from Lake Michigan.
The Center Street Guesthouse boasts 1,600 square feet with four (4) bedrooms (3 Queens and 1 Full) and two (2) bathrooms with full kitchen and a great room area. Enjoy space to move about with 2 bedrooms located on either end of the flat separated by the large living/dining great room with galley kitchen.
A lovely, private and landscaped alleyway runs along the side of the building on the first floor leading to a beautiful sunken garden and fountain with table and chairs to sit, relax and watch the birds frolic. In the midst of the activity, yet a world away, the Center Street Guesthouse is a spot on location to enjoy the wonders of the area!

My family and I had a great stay at the guesthouse and in downtown Douglas. Location is great, an easy short walk to restaurants, shops, and a coffee shop, as well as to the water. Above a great gallery with a sculpture garden we enjoyed after dinner drinks in. A short drive to Saugatuck and 20 minutes to Holland. This place was nice and quiet, compared to the very busy Saugatuck. Interior is clean and spacious with all amenities you need. We would stay here again.

We came to town for a bachelorette party. The weather was rainy most of the time so the property worked great as we had a large space for all of us ladies to gather. The property was well maintained and very clean. The location was great. I would recommend staying here and would book again if I was coming to the area
