About this house rental
4813 Starboard was built in 2008. The house is fabulous and would make a great vacation get-a-way to coincide with your Notre Dame activity. It is a contemporary version of the Craftsman style with an “open” plan that lends itself perfectly to entertaining. There are 2500 square feet on the main level and approximately 2000 square feet on the finished walk-out lower level. Main level features include a luxurious Master suite, 2 guest bedrooms joined by a Jack and Jill bathroom, a powder room, laundry, hardwood flooring, high ceilings, fireplace, gourmet kitchen, and much more. There are great indoor and outdoor spaces for entertaining and relaxing including a large open deck and a cozy screened porch. There is a covered patio on grade off the lower level family room, and a patio with a fire pit next to the beach. The views are lovely and there is usually a pleasant breeze off the Lake. Please note that this is not a swimming lake. The lower level features walk-out access to the back yard and lake, a large family room, 2 bedrooms, an additional sleeping area, a recreation area, and another full bath.
There are 2 large flat-screen TVs (55' and 47') and a 22' flat screen in the kitchen. Netflix and Hulu are available. There is WiFi internet access provided as well.
Sleeping accommodations include:
1. King-size bed in the Primary bedroom
2. 2 main floor guest bedrooms with Queen sized beds
3. 4th lower level guest bedrooms with 2 full-sized double beds
4. 5th lower level bedroom with King-size bed
5. 6th lower level bedroom with a single full-size bed
6. 1 bunk area with 2 Queen air mattresses
7. 3 couches

The host was great! Super flexible when changes to our schedule came up, checked on us when we arrived to make sure things were good. The home is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our large group. Literally nothing but positive things to say-if we’re ever in the area again will definitely look for this house again!

Our group of 15 family members stayed for a Notre Dame Game weekend and we had a great time! The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. We loved being on the lake and it was great proximity to the campus. Our host was great!

This house was beautiful and very convenient to get to Notre Dame stadium. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen and ample room for our entire group; adults and kids were very comfortable. The gathering spaces outside and hot tub were a nice touch!
