Club del Sol Condominium complex is located between avenida tizona and avenida Colinas inside El Cid Golf Course (southeast area of the course). This is a 4* complex with a free-form pool and a shallow area for wading or sunbathing; the condo is semi secluded and has nice green tropical areas; it also has a relaxing view of the course and the island.
A few blocks away from a major supermarket (Soriana) for groceries, pharmacy, public bus stops taxis or Pulmonia taxi that will take you to other parts of Mazatlán (public transportation is inexpensive 14 pesos per ride). Beach, Golden zone and restaurants are at 5 min by car.
This is a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on the 1st floor in a quiet corner of the pool area.

Its size is about 1150 sq feet. This well-appointed condo features:

El Cid Residencial area is a private neighborhood with controlled access and is simply the best and most peaceful place to live in Mazatlán.
The clubhouse has a beauty salon, gym, tennis courts (fee).

You can also use the facilities at El Cid Main Resort. Golf car rental 150 Dlls per week (price may change) .

If you bring a Vehicle, you will need to stop the Golf Course Office and show your confirmation of 30 day stay, attendant will place a tag on your car to access the golf course.

Este es un condominio privado, no un hotel, por lo cual se solicita a los invitados que se hospedan traten la propiedad con respeto.
La estancia minima es de 30 dias. Si trae vehiculo debe registrarse en las oficinas del Cid, Solo debe mostrar la confirmacion de estancia de 30 dias, Se le colocara a su vehiculo una etiqueta en el parabrisas para que acceda al campo de golf por cualquier punto de entrada.

We needed a place to relax, away from our budpsy lives back home. Thank you Maria, we got just that. Loved the covered balcony looking out across the golf course towards the ocean. The condo is exactly as pictured, with quality furnishings. The kitchen had everything you could need and more. Weekly maid service was greatly appreciated,...although we still tidied up before she came, lol. Golden Zone is a 25 walk away. Transportation is always close if you need it. We needed to walk. Sit back and relax or head out and explore safe and friendly Mazatlan.

The absolute best long stay experience of our travels. Well appointed, well maintained and graciously welcoming. A fridge with a free food hamper and once a week maid service all included. Thank you Maria Huber.

we found the condo was everything that was described,very modern looking,it had everything we wanted and more .the grounds and pool were very well maintained ,pool area chairs were very comfortable.Maria,the owner,was very easy to deal with answered emails very quickly.people living in complex very friendly.we had a very enjoyable stay for 3 weeks with no problems.thank you for everything would definately consider returning next year.
