Everything! It had hot water in the shower (not always common in Mexico), it was super close to amazing eats and shopping, and plenty of privacy. The host was awesome—he does only speak Spanish, just to be aware. The neighborhood felt safe and had an amazingly authentic Mexican feel to it despite the Zona Dorada being within walking distance.
It does have a steep driveway so if you have a large truck or a low clearance car it may be difficult. If you have a dog not used to cities it does lack green space, and there are not a lot of places to walk one comfortably.
