880 sq ft LARGE 1 BEDROOM - LUXURY RESORT CONDOMINIUM/HOTEL PROPERTY SET ON SPECTACULAR OCEAN BEACHFRONT!
The property is BEACHFRONT & faces a stunning white sand beach & blue ocean at a fantastic location on the dynamic playground of South Beach, Miami Beach.
The apartment is located in the Roney Palace Condominium which shares the property with the 5 Star, 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach..... in short, you get the amenities of a luxury hotel with all the comforts of home!
Begin your day relaxing with coffee on the balcony with the backdrop of swaying palms, tropical plantings, gorgeous pool & the beautiful turquoise sea.... You can catch the sunrise over the ocean if you're up early enough..... or see the moon come up over the ocean. Take a photo for a postcard worthy shot.
After breakfast head down to one of 3 gorgeous pools, each with a different vibe, and relax on a teak chaise among the tropical natural plantings.... or maybe you prefer to hit the sand of the spectacular beach and go for a swim in the ocean.
When hunger strikes you can choose to order lunch at the beach or sit & dine at one of the 2 poolside restaurants (or opt to be served at your chaise lounge at any of the 3 pools or on the beach)
After your day of swimming, sun & fun head back up to the residence for a snack before dinner, possible have a nap and then go out for dinner at one of the hundreds of great restaurants Miami Beach has to offer (I'm happy to offer some suggestions) You may want to stay on the property.... go up to the incredibly beautiful 1 Hotel rooftop, have a cocktail at the bar & watch the sunset over the city to the West - have a delicious dinner there at Watr, or go downstairs to Habitat restaurant (wonderful) or STK by the One Group, or Tom on Collins (for a lighter meal) Or maybe you'll opt to prepare a dinner & dine in - candlelight on the balcony, listening to the ocean.
Exercise those calories off! Go downstairs to Soul Cycle or Anatomy Gym (membership required - additional $) rent a Citi Bike or go for a run along the beach or the promenade.
Your home away from home..... The interior of the apt is beautiful & spacious (almost 900sq ft) with 1 very large bedroom and 2 full baths.
The fully equipped kitchen has gorgeous granite counters, sparkling glass tile backsplash, beautiful Italian Snaidero cabinetry, Liebherr fridge, GE oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, & coffeemaker. Dining area - table & chairs seats 6. There is a large leather sectional couch, w/chaise, in the living room. The extra large bedroom has 2 super comfortable beds - 1 King & 1 Queen, Grange Furniture (made in France) dresser & nightstands, & a modern glass & steel desk. Bathrooms have Toto toilets, Restoration Hardware sink & cabinet w/slate counter in master bath, pedestal sink in other.The large balcony has a beautiful wood chaise & mosaic tiled dining table. New soundproofed windows & doors keep any outdoor noise to a bare, mostly inaudible, minimum.
Towels & bed linens are provided. WIFI/Internet, cable TV (including premium channels) electric, chaise lounges at the pools with towel service & valet parking are all included.
For some interesting diversions - Visit the nearby Bass Museum or get tickets to a show at The Filmore. Shop or dine at the convenient Lincoln Road Mall. See the art deco landmarks or spend a peaceful half hour at the beautiful Miami Beach Botanical Garden all within easy walking distance. Take a walk along the beachfront promenade to Ocean Drive or to the tip of the South end of Miami Beach & watch the cruise ships head out to sea. Go hotel hopping & check out the eclectic, fabulous design of so many - hit the terrific cocktail bars & delicious restaurants within.
There are some wonderful boutiques located on the property for some sophisticated & interesting shopping. Pamper yourself & splurge on a relaxing but invigorating massage at the Bamford Haybarn Spa or treat yourself at the Salotto Beauty Parlor offering haircuts, styling, coloring, blow-outs, up-do's and more using organic products.
From sun-up to sun-down enjoy the tropical playground, the beauty, fun, excitement & glamour - the essence of Miami Beach!!

I would recommend this place to anybody that want to experience south beach. Full kitchen enabled us to save money on eating out every meal. Very clean place. Will be going back soon I hope.

My wife and I have been to Miami Beach several times, and we have used VRBO every time...this was by far the best stay to date! The owner, Jerilyn, has been extremely responsive to our ridiculous questions, and such a joy to work with! The condo itself was clean, spacious, modern, and the view from the balcony was amazing! The Roney Palace is an amazing, well kept, updated property that is truly amazing!
We will most definitely be back to this condo / property in the future.

This property was a perfect delight. Very clean and comfortable. Two full bathrooms were very nice to have and modern. The balcony has a perfect view of the ocean. The kitchen is super modern and fully equipped . I stayed here for a week with my eight year old daughter and we were completely relaxed. Easy acesss to the pool and beach and of course the location is ideal for dining and nightlife .They host is super nice and very responsive but honestly I didn’t need to even contact her once I was there because everything was explained and laid out perfectly! Counting the days to stay again. Thank you!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this property: everything was great- the appartment, the location, and the owner who was so helpful and kind!!
The appartment is fully equipped , wide and has an incredible view on the pool and beach
I can't wait to return!!
