About this house rental
We have a lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath house that will comfortably sleep 10 people. Master bedroom has its own full bath and a queen bed flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds and flat screen TV. 3rs bedroom has 1 king and 1 queen with flat screen tvThere is a large living room, kitchen dining area, sun room with queen fold out couch and an enclosed back porch. Brand new outdoor kitchen! includes a flat top gill, charbroiler, commercial pizza oven (commercial fryer not for guest use!!!!) for all to enjoy. This home has it 2 floating docks that you can pull your boat up to AND an inground heated pool with a screen enclosure. Home offers smart tvs, WIFI, Washer and Dryer, 2 kayaks to use at your leisure and the putdoor kitchen You can rent a pontoon for the week, go out to the local sandbar in the middle of the gulf, enjoy it just like a beach, take a small grill and make a day of it in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico. Also honeymoon island state park and beach is only 30 minutes away ,World famous Clearwater beach is right at 1 hour away directly down state road 19. You can also make a day of it and go to orlando that is less than 2 hrs away to disney world. Great location and a very affordable price. NON SMOKING

The property is outstanding. Has something for everyone, swimming, fishing, kayaking, cookouts, and more. The amenities are amazing. Beautiful sunrise and sunset. Really enjoyed our time with family. Built memories to last a lifetime.

This vacation home was very nice, with a beautiful outdoor pool and kitchen . Nice location.I would recommend to the owner that a window be put in the third bedroom, which is off of a utility room, since there are no windows or an escape from the house in the event of an emergency.
