Pine Knoll Townes are located in Pine Knoll Shores, almost right across HWY 58 from the NC Aquarium, for easy access to shopping, dining and other recreational activities in either Emerald Isle or Atlantic Beach. These townhouse-style units have the living/dining room, kitchen and half bath on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. Each unit has a private patio off the living room and a deck off the master bedroom with an ocean view. Entering this 2 story beach retreat and you feel like you are at home. Cute full kitchen in pastel yellows well equipped with all major and small appliances, dishes, pots and pans. Gather in the comfortable bright dining/living room area with 42 inch TV/DVD adjacent to the patio. You will also find more than enough seating for the whole family to gather in front of the flat panel TV to enjoy a show or watch a DVD. Upstairs the Master Bedroom with its own balcony with a custom designed shade for comfort. The Second Bedroom offers two Twin Bunk beds with Double Beds and a TV/DVD/Blueray player as well. Additional amenities to this unit 1 full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. Access to the Oceanfront Pool and boardwalk to beach. Unit has outside grill and patio furniture. Soak up the sun and watch the ocean from the master bedroom balcony. This unit features 3 TV's with cable, WIFI Internet, Roku, microwave and a stack-able washer/dryer. This unit is non-smoking and rents Sunday to Sunday. Parking right in front of unit for 2 vehicles and you can be unloaded and enjoying the beach in no time. Check our discounted off season rates. Typical NC weather allows for great beach weather 2-4 weeks either side of the season.

Easy and relaxing stay. Everything is close by. Food, shopping, and most importantly, the beach! Excellent communication from the owner. No issues at all!

This was the perfect place for our family of 5 to have a long weekend getaway. Having beach chairs available was so helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a nice stay overall. The rental was very clean and in a great location, and we especially enjoyed the pool. The bathrooms have been beautifully updated and were a highlight of the property.Communication with the host was direct, and the check-in and check-out process was simple and convenient.One thing to note is that we were not aware ahead of time that linens and towels were not included unless rented separately. We brought our own, but someone entered the property while we were out on Saturday and left linens, which we had not requested. That was a bit unexpected.Additionally, the living room furniture appears to be outdoor furniture. While it was clean, it was not very comfortable, so more traditional indoor seating would improve the space.Overall, a clean and well-located property with a few areas that could be improved for comfort and clarity
