The property was in a good location close to everything near emerald isle and atlantic beach. The pool was clean and beach was just a short walk from the place. Kitchen was fulled equipped which was very convenient. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
The facility needed more cleaning. There was a spider web in the entrance door, which looked like an abandoned place. There wasn’t toilet paper, paper towels, or garbage bags. They told me to order them and they will reimburse me but was a bit annoying for me to do that. They said there was a sofa bed, where? Because there was just a sofa and not a very comfortable one… not happy about that. The door keypad is outdated and annoying!!! Every time we went out, it was a nightmare to come back inside. They need an upgrade.
