Come and relax at this perfect tranquil vacation home! This two bedroom 2.5 bath home plus studio/office accommodates up to 6 guests and is one of the best vacation homes in the area. The home is tastefully decorated and well equipped for your vacation, including all linens and towels, and a well equipped kitchen. The home has decks off the living area and master bedroom which are the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset with your friends, family and your favorite beverage.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The view from the living room and terrace is fantastic. The house was very well kept and stocked with anything we needed. The owners use a management company which made the check in a breeze. We stayed 3 nights and felt sad when we had to leave..,what a great place to spend the vacation.

Check-in and out was super easy. We walked into a very clean house with beautiful views of the Morro Bay State Marine Reserve and Morro Rock in the distance. Very close to amazing dining opportunities and the Monday Farmer's market. SLO, MDO, and Morro are quite close as well. Had a fun long weekend with family. We would gladly stay here again.

First and foremost I was unable to book property due to a tragic incident involving a close family member. But it is a place we would love to stay in the near future. The people handling the booking of this property are really responsive and kind. It was my wife’s bday and due to the nature of our business it is hard to plan a getaway and a lot of times it’s last minute. They where more than accommodating and willing to help us book there beautiful house on a super short notice. I would highly recommend booking them or any of there other properties based off the customer service they provided

This is a spectacular location and a great property. We thoroughly enjoyed the views from morning to night. The proximity to local wineries and breweries as well as golf made for great day trips in the area. We couldn't have been happier with our choice.

This is an excellent house. The listing could be revised as for I feel it didn’t do the property justice. There are 3 bedrooms; 4 beds, 2&1/2 baths and a well equipped kitchen. The view is wonderful and it is easily accessible.

We enjoyed the place and felt the layout was ideal given the privacy and number of bathrooms. Views are lovely and it is bery close to everything we wanted to enjoy. The cleaning staff were standing at the curb at 10:50, which was a little annoying as we did not need to be watched as we left. She entered the house before 11 as we were getting into our cars and without making sure we didn't need a final walk through. That would be our only complaint.

This is located in a quiet and quaint town of Los Osos. The house is beautiful with comforts of home. The deck is wonderful and watching the water go out and then come back in each day was amazing. We plan on visiting again.

We usually stay at oceanfront properties, but the view of the bay and Morro rock was much more interesting. It changed constantly with the tides and with the sun and fog. The house was big and bright and we watched beautiful sunsets every night from the big windows. It was so quiet and peaceful and wonderful. The people in the town were all very nice and we discovered some awesome places like the nearby bakery, Mexican food places and coffee roaster. All of the ladies I interacted with at the property management company were super polite, friendly and helpful. They were very professional and sent very clear instructions. We loved this place and will definitely be coming back!

First time staying in Los Osos. This home was filled with wonderful personal touches and many amenities that made our stay delightful. Of course, the views from most of the windows were breathtaking, both of the bay and of the surrounding hills. Hypnotizing! The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable and cozy, and the many books provided much entertainment on subjects we love. We had an excellent time!

Had a wonderful time in this beautiful home in Los Osos. It was exceptionally clean and provided all that we wanted. We did have a problem -- the gas (and thus hot water) was turned off by the gas company for an administrative reason. It took 24 hours for the gas company to correct its mistake. The property managers were extremely sorry about the situation and responded very quickly with appropriate rental refunds. Despite this gas problem, we had a fantastic stay. I highly recommend staying here. Morro Bay is a beautiful place to visit. Restaurants/cafes in Los Osos and Morro Bay are exceptional. Most importantly, we were close to Paso Robles for its great twice-a-year antique sale, for exceptional wine tasting, and for olive oil tasting (at Pasolivo).

The photos do not at all reflect the condition of this house. Sliding glass doors are broken, some don't open, and some lock you out of the house when you close them behind you. The arrangement of the floor plan creates two entirely different spaces where the "trundle room - kids room" is closest to the front door and removed from the other bedroom areas and the main part of the house. The dishwasher is very bad. The dining room table is small and hard to sit at. The kitchen does NOT look like the pictures. It took 30 minutes to find the thermostat (arrived and the house was freezing). The deck is great, the closeness of the water and back area is great also. It was not worth the costs for us and would like a partial refund. It is definitely not worth what we paid.

My husband and I stayed here for spring break with our 2 children. The house is really spacious and clean. The views are absolutely amazing! The front area is not "beachy", but still offers a nice trail down along the water. Tons of hiking and fun stuff to do a short drive from the house. Will definitely stay here again!
