This downtown condo is within walking distance of everything needed for a great holiday or a successful business trip offering 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms in a new modern and quiet building, between Douglas & Blanshard Streets. The Era Building was constructed in 2015 therefore this condo is very modern, with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops throughout, Blomberg Washer & Dryer in suite, a cozy patio with seating for 2, and a dining table that seats 4 comfortably. The kitchen is so well equipped and thoughtfully outfitted with everything you would need on a holiday or business trip, plus+++ The bedrooms have queen beds, and the master has an adjoining en-suite. This condo is meticulously clean and detailed accordingly.
