Keauhou Gardens 11-101 is a spacious one bedroom/one bath unit located in the Keauhou Gardens section of the Kona Coast Resort situated on 21 acres of beautifully landscaped tropical Gardens.
Recent upgrades include new stovetop, microwave, and oven. New dining room table and chairs. New blinds throughout unit. New queen sofa bed. Unit has undergone a professional general clean top to bottom and shows like new.
Keauhou Gardens 11-101 is a privately owned unit with access to all the amenities the resort has to offer, including 2 pools, several hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, shuffle board, work out room and beach volleyball just to name a few. Casual restaurant and pool located at lower portion of property along with a workout room and activities desk to assist in the many adventures available to you on the Big Island.
Unit 11-101 is in the upper portion of the complex close to the adult pool and easy walk to the Keauhou Shopping Center across the street where you will find a large grocery store, restaurants, shopping, movie theater, post office, Urgent Care Center, and gas station. They also host a farmers market.
With just under 1200 sq.ft. of area the unit is one of the largest 1bd/1bth units available in the Keauhou-Kona area. Master bedroom has a king bed and the master bath has a large soaking tub and shower with two sinks. Living room has a queen sofa bed, HD TV, and dining room table that seats four.
Large outside patio/lanai has table with seating for four with extra chairs. There is ocean view looking North from the lanai.

Unit is very spacious which worked well for our family of 3. Pull out sofa could use a new mattress, but teenage daughter made it work. Loved the large, comfortably furnished lanai with slight ocean and sunset view. A wonderful vacation at a beautiful resort. Mahalo.

The condo was well appointed and in a great location. There is definite need of a remodel. The blinds are rusted in place, the bathroom window screen is broken and the bath tub is treacherous to get in and out of. There were no directions on how to access the pool or amenities in the binder, but the kind fills at the check in desk helped out. But even with the above issues we would stay there again.

The apartment is spacious and close to a beach a d a shopping center. The furniture would benefit from a makeover with most chairs having damaged backs, the shower lever missing it's cover.The view is mostly onto the back of other apartments. It's all functional but and we had a lovely time but for the price tag I would have expected a higher standard of maintenance.
