About this apartment rental
This spacious 2-bedroom 2 bath condo is located in the West building at SeaSpray. The master bedroom hosts a king bed and ensuite bath with tub/shower combo, and the second bedroom has a Queen bed and full bath in the adjacent hallway. The living room offers a new sleeper sofa along with additional sofa and recliner. The fully stocked kitchen offers a drip coffee maker and all the comforts of home. New stylish dining room table with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf from the living, dining room and of course there's a perfect spot to relax on the balcony to take in the gorgeous sunsets.
Continue your workout routine in our well-equipped fitness center and soothe those muscles while soaking in the hot tub. Take a swim in the warm waters of the Gulf or cool off in one of the 3 refreshing pools. Take a walk over to Riverside and explore the kayak rack, propane grill house or take in a game of tennis/pickleball.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking). Guest will receive an invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.
Unregistered vehicles will be ticketed, booted or towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.

We booked this condo last minute due to a cancelation and it was more than we could have asked for. It was in a quiet part of town and the condo was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

The property was just as advertised and very clean. Only complaint was the guest bedroom probably needs a new mattress but outside of that we really enjoyed it.

Enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing and beautiful beach. The only suggestion I have that would make the experience even better would be to have people with tents set up behind beach chairs.
