About this house rental
Only blocks away from the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Come enjoy our newly remodeled, fully furnished unit with all the comforts of home. Includes fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two full baths and laundry room. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, gift shops and grocery store.
Family friendly 1,800 s.f., lower-level duplex unit, has large living room with propane fireplace. After a hard day touring you can relax in the leather reclining sofa, loveseat and chair. Comfortable double futon also available for extra seating/sleeping. Kitchen is complete with full size appliances including side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water/ice dispenser, flat cooktop and range, over the range microwave and dishwasher. Coffee maker, toaster and all dishware also included. Dining room table seats 6 (extra chairs can be requested). Master bedroom has queen sized bed and on suite bath with glass enclosed shower and separate soaking tub (hairdryers supplied). Second bath has soaking tub/shower combo. Second and third bedrooms each have one queen bed. Living room and all bedrooms feature flat screen satellite television. Private laundry room has oversize washer/dryer with iron and ironing board. All bedding and bath towels provided. Port-a-crib, highchair, swing and stroller available upon request. BBQ grill is located on the small outdoor patio with dining table and seating for four.

This house was perfect for our family's 1st visit to Yellowstone. Minutes to Yellowstone entrance & short walk to various places in Gardiner, including the Corral next door which was a great meal at end of day. Host was excellent & house was clean & comfortable.

Great property! Very clean, spacious, & a comfortable home to stay in. Nicely decorated & well equipped for guests. Gardiner is a very cool little vacation town close to Yellowstone. The home host Jolynn, was very accommodating & easy to communicate with. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay! Great hosts! Great house! So much good to say about 3 Lazy H… super clean, seems every detail from bear spray, sun screen, storage baggies, laundry soap, dryer sheets, coffee, bottled water, ice chests, etc, etc, etc was part and parcel! Oh and the brownies that awaited us upon arrival didn’t last long! A bucket list trip for us to Yellowstone with family, absolutely fantastic! Thank you JoLynn & Pat!

This property is at a great location. It is minutes from Yellowstone’s North Entrance, close to town businesses but on a quiet side street away from the bustle of summer visitors. The house was very clean with spacious rooms. JoLynn makes you feel welcome from the minute you arrive. She and her family were in the upstairs portion of the house and were always available to answer questions and provide help. We are looking forward to returning in the future! We highly recommend this property.
