There is reserved driveway parking with room for 2-3 vehicles. Additional free street parking is available one block over on Scott Street.

• Are you close to Yellowstone?
Yes, less than one mile from Yellowstone’s North Entrance. You’ll be in the park in minutes!
• What is the property layout like?
The Cozy Yellowstone Compound includes three separate cabins on our small residential property. All three are exclusively yours during your stay, so you won't be sharing the property with other guests. It’s a fun setup for groups who want to stay together while still having separate spaces to spread out. It’s up to you who stays where!
There is also a historic Yellowstone Cabin on the property. It was once a working ranger station inside Yellowstone National Park, and we're working to preserve this little piece of Yellowstone history. It is not currently open for guest access.
• Is the property suitable for young children?
We’re located along active wildlife trails, and the cabins aren't childproofed. They include features like barn doors, a spiral staircase, and single steps that are better suited for adults and older kids.
• Are there stairs or steps on the property?
Yes. Each cabin has at least one step or set of entrance stairs, and there are a few single steps between rooms in Lincoln’s Lodge and The Wolf’s Den. The Red Fox Retreat also has a narrow spiral staircase that is required to access the upstairs bedroom.
• Will we see wildlife?
Very likely! Deer and elk love wandering through the property, and we love seeing them, too. However, wildlife can be dangerous, so please admire from afar and always stay alert and treat wildlife respectfully.
• Where can we park?
There’s reserved driveway parking with room for 2-3 vehicles. Additional free street parking is available one block over.
• Is there Wi-Fi?

• Is there a grocery store nearby?
Yes, Ridley’s Gardiner Market is just one block away.
• Are there restaurants nearby?
Yes, several spots are within walking distance!

Gardiner is a fun, eclectic Yellowstone gateway town with a mix of vacation rentals, full-time residences, older homes, and properties with vehicles and outdoor storage. One of the properties next to ours has many belongings and materials outside that are visible from parts of our property. It’s a real Gardiner neighborhood, right in town and less than a mile from Yellowstone!
