Beautiful Apartment in the Heart of Brickell

Muy lindo apartamento y bien equipado en muebles y elementos de cocina.

El domicilio indicado no corresponde con el Google Maps. Fue dificil de encontrar el primer dia. Hay recepción de paquetería pero tiene un horario acotado. El estacionamiento esta en el noveno piso por rampas. La luz del dormitorio no funcionaba y nadie vino a repararla.

The location is great, walking distance from restaurants and public transportation. The building is nice and the people who work at the front desk are friendly. The apartment itself had everything we needed.

Aside from a broken lampshade, there isn’t anything “wrong” with the place. It’s just clear that it’s run by a company and not a single owner, for example the furniture is just functional, there isn’t any personality or care put into what the place looks like, which was fine for us because we really just slept there, but worth noting depending on what you’re looking for considering the price. The place was clean, but not deep cleaned as my baby would be covered in hair (a different color to mine) when he had played on the floor.

En recepción el personal anda antipáticos, como malhumorados a veces que ni ganas de preguntarles algo daba ganas.

The Apartment Was decent.

The Elevators Stopped working the Day we got here & we stayed for a week and they didn’t fixed them, that was ridiculous that they couldn’t get them elevators on a Brickell apartment to work for so many days, just imagine the 30+ min wait to get to the lobby from the 35th floor !! to top it off, this old guy from the front desk came and started screaming at me and in a very rude way like who gives them the right or who do they think they are to do such a thing just because I parked on floor #2 which it was something we agreed on with the “valet parking people” there’s ways to tell people things but the way he came to me was definitely not the right one. I seriously got have no Idea what kind of management they got that the front desk got no clue what’s going on with the Valet parking people, they Really need professional people to talk to their guests with manners because we didn’t pay a dollar to be treated this way, i usually don’t do this review thing but I want to make anybody who wants to stay here aware about how rude and so not professional the Employees are !! I’m seriously So Disappointed and Upset that when I thought this was supposed to be an awesome family vacation was ruined by this uneducated, unprofessional People !!!!
