Our condo has:

Very spacious with 1030 sf (96 sqm) with a large private balcony from the 40rd floor, with stunning views of the bay, ocean, sunrises and sunsets, city lights at nighttime. Centrally located in Brickell minutes to Downtown, South Beach and Wynwood and Airport. Access to all amenities in the building: 2 pools, Jacuzzi, Gym, kids play area, and more. 1 parking space. Valet for extra cars, please read description and hours of operation below.

Getting around:
We recommend trying the electric scooter available for rent by the app and located on the sidewalks and everywhere (please be careful), using Uber when going out as parking in Miami can be expensive and hard to find. Brickell city center has parking space and from there you can go to almost everywhere in Brickell. Metro Mover (Free) and Metro Rail stations only three blocks away from the building.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was ideal for all our planned activities. Apartment was clean and convenient for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Property manager was very helpful especially with checking us in earlier than planned.

This property was very nice and had all the amenities that were needed. Hannah & Kleber were fantastic hosts and were able to help us through an early check-in process along with guiding us through the parking garage and the local area. The only negative (which really isn't all that bad) is the elevator situation, as it is a bit slow with a majority of the place being filled with visitors/tourists. Location is in a great spot as you can quickly travel to other areas such as Wynwood & South Beach. There are also grocery stores and other useful shops in walking distance. Highly recommended!

Granted this was over the holidays, but the building was extremely crowded - we often had 5-7 minute waits for the elevator and many of those that opened couldn't fit more people in. This is a high-throughput building with a lot of short-term stays, so it's busy!That said, the property managers were extremely responsive, the unit was clean, and the location is very good!
