The staff was very responsive whenever I had questions. The location is great and the room was very nice. I am glad I stayed here!

The location was excellent in a gated residential neighborhood with walking distance to the beach, grocery store, bakery, butcher job, restaurants. We spent a week there without a car, using Uber to get to Old San Juan. The apartment was bright and quiet.

The living room furniture could have been better.

The location was amazing. The fact that it was inside a gated community was great! Lovely apartment and great for the price. The apartment came with useful amenities that were clutch for the beach like beach chairs, towels, cooler.

The shower pressure was terrible. That is the only thing that needs improvement! And the hidden bed has a broken leg that probably needs repair soon.

I appreciated that this was 10ish or so minutes from the beach. The bed was soft, and I like that there were beach chairs available for me to use if I wanted. As a solo traveler with a light itinerary, the list of recommendations provided was helpful! The refrigerator and microwave in the kitchen worked well!

The bathroom was my least favorite thing about Serena Alta. The shower head barely had any water coming from it so I never had a good shower while there. The bathtub looked like it had sand damage too. It was a little challenging to get out of the neighborhood since you could only enter and exit through one gate (even though there are multiple gates in the neighborhood.) While I don't think the pics were inaccurate there was more wear and tear than I thought.
