Serena Baja

Location in proximity to beach, restaurants, and other parts of San Juan and PR. The amenities were thoughtful and made guests feel comfortable and welcomed. The property management staff were extremely supportive and accommodating!!!! They’re responsive and were so helpful with any questions or needs I had, especially as a single woman traveler with one child.

The locks! There are locks to enter the community, there’s a lock to enter the main entrance of the property and another lock to enter the actual apartment (all bolt locks, so you need a key to open/close on either side). The lock to the entrance of Serena Baja property is a little sticky, and can also be a challenge when opening and locking. The community is a gated community, so it’s a bit challenging to understand that you must always access through the main gate entrance, especially for Uber or Taxis. It also not explicitly stated that you must use a key to enter or exit any of the main gates if you’re walking on foot out of the community.

Beautiful apartment! Clean, quiet and very well equipped. Great location just 5 min walking to the beach. Free bus ride everywhere. It was very good connection with the host.
