Beach Music guest cottage is a perfect couples getaway with a prime Seaside, Florida location located directly on 30A right across from the beach and the Pensacola Beach Access, just 69 feet to the beach access! Located on the corner of 30A and Pensacola you are two blocks to downtown Seaside, only a 3-minute walk. Walk to over 35 shops and restaurants in Seaside Proper just steps from your front door!
Arrive and enter down a private footpath off of 30A. There is a private bistro seating area right off your front door perfect to enjoy your morning coffee. Off the front porch is a private charcoal grill, perfect for grilling at home. Step inside and the first floor has an open floor plan with a kitchen, dining area that seats four, a couch, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen features an under-counter fridge, a four-burner stovetop, a microwave, a convection toaster, and a coffee pot. (no freezer or dishwasher) Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a table that comfortably seats two. Off the dining area is a rear open-air deck with Adirondack seating for two, a perfect setup to enjoy an evening glass of wine while you listen to the nearby waves crash in the background and feel the ocean breeze.
A spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where you find the queen bedroom and a full bath with a shower only. There is a dresser for ample storage and your own private TV. Across from the queen is the Juliette balcony with seating for two! Beach Music is the perfect beach escape location for two directly across from the beach and close to all things Seaside!
* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and 2 night minimum Fall & Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

My husband & I love to visit and stay a few days in Seaside during winter months. We love booking through Homeowners Collections as they are always friendly and helpful. We love the complimentary bike rentals and other complimentary items that come with the stay. This house was small and cozy and very clean! It is a perfect location to all the shopping, eating, and events, which we love! The bathroom and shower in this house is very tiny, but other than that, it is perfect for two on a small getaway.

We had a great stay in seaside. This home needs a few updates. The shower handle is all chipped up, and the toilet looked worn. Frankly, when the toilet looks like that it doesn’t look clean. Putting the tv on the wall would have been easier to see from bed. A key pad on the outside door would be better. We were so afraid we were going to lose that key. The biggest issue was no washer or dryer. One of the reasons we spend the extra money to come to seaside is to feel like we are in a home. This place is basically a nice hotel room. Towels get sandy and wet, after tennis our clothes were soaked with sweat. It is essential to be able to wash and dry things at the beach. The company did bring us new towels twice, but that didn’t help with our dirty clothes. We did not dirty many dishes, but we realized on our last night that there wasn’t a dishwasher. So, we hand washed the dishes that we used, which is not a big deal. However, I realized that someone before us probably hand washed the silverware we used. That just made me feel like things were dirty. I hope the cleaning crew comes and runs that stuff through a dishwasher before the next guest comes. It just wasn’t a good feeling. With Covid and all the cleaning that goes into that, it would make guests feel better if they knew everything was sanitized. We probably would not rent this place again, and I say that just because of the lack of a washer/dryer and dishwasher.
