About this apartment rental
Condo was newly renovated December 2020/January 2021!
Shores of Panama Unit 1416, 14th floor with full double balcony, straight on view of the gorgeous lagoon pool and beautiful white sandy beach, including reserved covered parking.
WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT OUR UNIT? It is one of the NICEST units in Shores of Panama. And underwent extensive remodeling December 2020. It has been professionally decorated with beautiful furniture and beautiful colors. Why stay in a condo with white walls and bland furniture?
Elevator is only a few feet away from the entry to the room.
Parking is on beach side with elevator close to unit, no long walk when you are in a hurry.
Our master bedroom is on the ocean side and has a large king size bed with upgraded mattress (November 2020) that is very comfortable. Read our reviews to see what others have said about it.
Our 2nd bedroom has a set of bunk beds however bottom bunk is a Full bed, can sleep up to three (3). It also has a closet and a flat screen television and a private full bathroom.
Our living room has a brand new (January 2021) beautiful sectional sofa that has a queen pull out sleeper with an upgraded mattress. This is an Interior Designer's personal condo furnished with upscale decor with comfort in mind. You have to visit with us at least once!! You will want to come back to The Shores of Panama often. Not your average rental condo!! January 2012 BRAND new floors.
Our one bedroom with bunk room is located on the 14th floor.
Attention to detail is top priority to make your stay like home.
The pool is approximately 18,000 sq. feet with 468 feet of gulf frontage. There is also an indoor heated pool, workout room, and rentable banquet space for large groups.
Absolutely the BEST!!! Come see us soon, we take great pride in our unit and stay in it often!!!
PLEASE NOTE: The Shores of Panama resort has begun its three (3) year (2024, 2025 & 2026) renovation to the exterior of the building. During the renovation process, the pools and all amenities will remain open as well as the beach and beach access.
