- Bedroom 1 is a large loft open to the main floor. The loft has a black-out curtain partition for the set-back sleeping area, but the loft is not fully private. It features a king bed, TV, furniture and a small private bathroom with a comfortable walk-in shower
- The lowest level includes a sofa with a queen-sized pullout that’s next to a full bath. A provided screen can help separate that area from the rest of the rec room
- Fireplace in the house is not for guest use. There is a fire pit on the hardscape for use
- Children’s access to the deepwater dock should be monitored and restricted by adults who are responsible for their safety. Guests who cannot swim should not enter the water, use kayaks or paddleboard
- For your safety, this property features exterior security cameras. They do not look into interior spaces. The cameras may actively record video and/or sound detected by motion while guests are in residence
