King Creek Falls, a 70' tumbling fall goes through a laurel choked gorge. It is very accessible. Near Oconee State Park, you can enjoy multiple hikes nearby including Hidden Falls, Pig Pen, Lick Log and Yellow Branch Falls, all in Oconee County.
Open the front door and immediately be emerged in the beauty of Lake Keowee's crystal clear blue water. Lake Keowee has 300 miles of shoreline. This 3200 square foot lakefront home is in the south part of the Lake, with a beautiful gentle sloped lot to the water with both sunshine and shade. The trees are all hardwoods with plenty of sun bathing areas and are trimmed high to accentuate the stunning lake views. Entire yard is planted with perennials. Home features a nice adequate shoreline with a floating single lighted slip dock with sundeck & partially covered area to allow for casting while fishing. The walkway to dock has an extra platform for additional casting or viewing. Water is DEEP at the dock from 20 to 25 feet. Sailboats are welcome. Enjoy grilling W/ CHARCOAL OR GAS on our patio , as the day winds down from having fun on the emerald colored LAKE KEOWEE .
Home has a moderate sloped downward entry driveway leading down to a flat parking areas in front of garage and an additional cemented 2 car parking pad/area off to the side. Additional upper parking area is great for boat & jet ski trailers.
UPPER Parking area has access to electricity. Home has a double garage.
Home features a well stocked kitchen which include large enough pots & pans for large group up to12.
Spices are there for you so you do not have to bring the kitchen sink!. Additionally you have a kitchen lake view, Silestone counter tops, excellent grade appliances with a gas range. Seating in kitchen is 8-10. Kitchen opens to dining room and living room with cathedral ceilings/sky light. The decorative style is Lake Country mixed with traditional flares. Furnishings are new, like new or antique. Beautiful Lake Keowee can be viewed from almost every room in our home.
Extras include fun things for kids. Safety=2 gates in home & highchair.
No need to bring toys with you, especially of toddlers. Examples would be an upstairs playroom, not displayed in pictures, with oodles of toys, floor cushions/pillows, & books, PLAY STATION 3, & 2 KID KAYAKS. Additionally, there are 2 Adult Kayaks, 1 DOUBLE KAYAK, & 2 Canoes, MANY games, GAME TABLE & a Sofa Table with lift up side leaves for large table games, toys for younger kids, cards, Water Knee Board that you pull behind a boat, noodles, large inflatable raft, rings, water loungers, water tube, kid's videos, lots of board games, checkers, outside Swing, books, BUMPER/SKILL POOL TABLE, outdoor picnic table in yard, horse shoes, easy access to water from shoreline, steps or ladder, noodles to paddle and float on, water floats/loungers available, NEW Corn Hole Game & other items.
Main floor with almost SOLID WINDOWS ACROSS LAKESIDE with cathedral and skylight ceilings, opens to a nice sized screened-in porch with seating for 8. Relax there while enjoying the lake views and nature animals. A screened door off porch quickly leads you down a flight of steps to lower patio area. A fire ring w/chairs is located near shoreline.
We offer a SANDBAR ISLAND to 'noodle' to or swim to, if you wish. THIS IS SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!!
Additionally, the concrete patio is located off the lower level, under the screened in porch, and contains TWO round glass top picnic table, 12 nice chairs and a New stainless FLAT GRIDDLE gas grill and a Weber charcoal grill. A Picnic Table has been added right near the grill for more seating. Other outdoor seating is available with additional folding chairs and we have plenty of chairs. A half moon bar with 3 bar stools are located on the cement patio on lower level. You can visit the Tiki Hut by boat. They have Live Music and are a full service Marina and restaurant. Also the New Lighthouse Restaurant and Bar is very nice. Both can be reached by auto as well.
Our Waterfront Home sleeps 12 IN BEDS. NO UNCOMFORTABLE SLEEPER-SOFAS, FUTONS OR BLOW-UPS.

What a wonderful week at the lake. The house, although a little dated, is exceptionally well maintained and to be honest, we spent very little time in the actual house as the best spot is on the screened porch. Beds were comfortable enough. We were grateful that they allow guests to use so many of their personal items that tend to get locked up for most rentals.

The home was as described, and Ann was on call when I needed to speak with her. Ann provided pretty much everything that was needed for a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

The house was well stocked and plenty of room for the entire family. The water at the dock was plenty deep enough for the boats. We enjoyed fishing, boating, tubing, and the local restaurants. The bottom floor was great for the fishermen to sneak in and out without disturbing anyone. Lots of room for sun bathing on the sand beach with umbrellas and lounge chairs! Fun and great memories!!!
