The kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven and microwave. There is a master bedroom with King size bed and a second bedroom furnished with 1 double bed and a single bed that is integrated in the closet and can therefore be easily stored if unnecessary. The sitting area has a spacious armchair with a sofa bed. There is a washing machine, wifi and satellite TV and all rooms have air conditioning. The apartment opens directly onto the enclosed garden with communal swimming pool via the terrace and there is also a large terrace at the front to enjoy the last sun in the evening. Parking is available for free in front of the door. Shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance and there is a large shopping center nearby.

The apartment is located in Lo Pagan (San Pedro del Pinatar) on the Costa Calida, where the sun shines 330 days a year and so it is pleasant to stay in winter and summer. It is easily accessible from the airports of Murcia (San Javier, 10 min) or Alicante (50 min). Lo Pagan is a typical Spanish coastal village, with many restaurants and bars, a beautiful promenade and a small marina. It is very child-friendly, with many playgrounds throughout the village. In the summer months there is a lot to experience, such as a big fair, outside it is quiet and calm. The sandy beaches of Lo Pagan, a 10-minute walk from the apartment, are located on the Mar Menor, an inland sea along the Mediterranean. The sea is typically a few degrees warmer, and also a bit calmer and less deep, making it safe for small children. There are also ample opportunities for water sports.

In the area it is also pleasant cycling, for a quiet ride along the coast or a more challenging trip in the hills of the interior. There are also several golf resorts in the area and you can enjoy beautiful nature. It is also known for its wellness facilities, both indoor and outdoor in the natural, freely accessible mud and salt baths. From Lo Pagan you can also visit some beautiful cities, such as Murcia, Alicante, Carthagena, Torrevieja and Elche.
