About this apartment rental
It is a very spacious apartment 120 m, recently renovated and with excellent views of the sea Located in the best area of the beach of Villananitos in San Pedro del Pinatar. On the front line. Very close to the yacht club. It is very sunny and temperate in winter and very pleasant in spring and autumn. It is in the best area of the village since you can go on foot to carrefour supermarket, and also to bars and restaurants. The promenade passes in front of the house. You can make hiking trails through the natural park of the salt. In the vicinity is the Dos Mares shopping center (2km) with shops, cinemas, hypermarkets and bars. Also the commercial center of La Zenia (7km). You can visit the tourist cities of Cartagena (30 km) and Murcia (45 km). It is ideal for long bike rides. It has four bedrooms, bathroom with shower and screen, and bathroom. 11 km from San Javier airport and 20 km from the Balsicas railway station that connects with Madrid, Albacete and Murcia. We were 4 men wanting a room each and it was perfect. We had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. Nice views. There is no lift but it was fine for us even though we are in our 60s. Kitchen has everything you would want. There is a TV with Netflix and sky news. The views are really nice of the Mar Menor sea. the owner Luis met us on arrival and was very helpful.
