About this house rental
Gorgeous Gulf Harbor 3 bedroom 2 bath pool home with tranquil lake views located on a cul-de-sac ,only a short bike ride to the white sands of barefoot and bonita beach.
Highlights of this home include a gourmet kitchen equipped with high grade granite counters and back splash, top of the line stainless appliances, double wall ovens , built in cook top, custom cabinetry, and a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Vaulted ceilings throughout giving a very large, open airy feel. Additional features include bamboo and tile flooring throughout, nicely appointed guest bath with walkin shower. All furnishings are brand new. Lots of room in the dining room with seating for 6 at the large beachy table. Master bedroom suite features brand new king bed with memory foam mattress, updated attached ensuite, and large walkin closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom contains a double bed with twin trundle, 50’ tv and gaming system. There are 2 indoor living areas.. one features a 60” 4k tv with soundbar, comfortable sectional and veiw of the pool and lake. Second sitting area is open and light with pool and water views , appointed with beautiful artwork and custom design furnishings.
The screened lanai features a heated pool, an outdoor covered living area equipped with 55” tv , dining table that seats 4 , custom upholstered couch and side chair and propane fire pit. Grill great meals with the new gas grill. This home also features a private outdoor teak shower area.
Getting to the beach is easy with 2 electra beach cruiser bikes and 2 townie cruiser bikes, 4 beach chairs umbrella cooler and beach toys all easily accessible in the 2 car garage.

Beautiful home! Either professionally decorated or the owners did a tremendous job. Great open floor plan. So relaxing sitting in the lanai overlooking the pool & lake. Blue herons, cranes, ducks & the turtles basking in the sun. Close to shopping & excellent restaurants. Definitely try Enzo's & The Fig if your Italian food fan. Many great seafood restaurants within a few minutes drive. Best to go south on Vanderbuilt for beaches. Delnor-Wiggins Pass beaches. Hope to be back in future years. Russ

This was a great place for us to stay. The house is decorated nicely and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was just what we were looking for. Thanks Mark and thanks Wendy for helping us get to know the house!

They have thought of everything at this home and spared no expense in making it comfortable. The furniture and furnishings are beautiful. The towels and linens are of highest quality. The beach towels are high quality. I could go on and on. If you want to be conveniently located in Bonita Springs near the beach and good restaurants, you will love this rental.
Lastly, the owner and property manager Wendy are the most organized and responsive we’ve experienced over the years we’ve been renting in Florida.
This was a wonderful rental all the way around.

Very nice rental home. Very clean and well maintained. Well furnished as advertised. Very quiet and peaceful lanai and pool area, and pool was very nicely heated. Couple of minor issues were promptly attended to. Great location for us, for the beach, restaurants, shopping. Would definitely recommend this property, and hope to rent it again.
