The water view was even better than pictures. Exactly what I was looking for in a place to stay. We were so happy here. We had everything we needed and the furniture was comfortable and well planned. Everything was clean and neat. The king bed was very comfortable and the host communicated well! Location was excellent across the street from the beach and parking was close. Several restaurants were within walking distance. We really appreciated this town wasn’t as crowded as other towns and a more family atmosphere. This was our first 30A trip and I will stay here again next time! I was afraid we were too far west for the experience but that isn’t the case! This was a great location and easy to drive to other 30A towns!I had to sleep one night on the lower bunk and it was not comfortable! Ok for kids but not a 52 yo! I didn’t realize one beach chair was under the bed until I was searching for stray socks before I left. The beach is confusing. We didn’t know where to go. There was a sign pointing east and said Gulf Place is near something but I didn’t know what that meant and didn’t feel like figuring it out. More specific beach info in the book on the coffee table maybe with a little even hand drawn beach map would have been really helpful. In the end we just walked straight out and were happy enough. This is a great example of a well done VRBO! I’ll stay here again! Thanks for a great experience.

The condo has a noticeable odor upon entering the room. It smells as though a cat or wet dog had lived there. The couch is dirty and has some kind of per hair on it. Needs replacing. The master bedroom has dust balls hanging from the ceiling. The place needs a good deep cleaning the tub/shower drain is very slow draining and we stood in water as we showered.
We stayed a month and our clothing started to smell like the odor of the condo.
Suggestions are: please deep
Clean the condo. Remove the carpet in the bedroom and hallway and the carpet in the living room. All very dirty and smelly. The utility room is full of dust.
We stayed the month of Feb and expected the condo to be clean and odor free. Our friend visited and had an asthma attack while in our condo.
We truly love 30 A and all that it has to offer nearby. The pool was clean and warm and beach access is great.
The condo we stayed in last Feb at Gulf Place Cabana was so nice in comparison, that is why we came back. Please clean up 403 and we’d return.
