Awesome beach rental! We love Gulf Place and have stayed in the community before but this was our first time at this rental property and it was perfect! Beautiful place, very clean, everything was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, easy walk to the beach and all the restaurants & shops. We will definitely stay here again!

The townhouse was clean and was beautifully furnished, great location to the pool! When we arrived the Kuerig Machine did not function and the ice machine in the door of the refrigerator did not work. We reported it and they were out the next day with a new Kuerig Machine and they unfroze the ice machine. The following day we noticed water on the kitchen floor coming from the refrigerator. A maintenance person was sent out and they turned off the water to the refrigerator. We have stayed at gulf place in different condos for over 20 years, we love the location and all the amenities. This is our go to place for vacation.

We had a great stay! The location and amenities offered exceeded our expectations. We love Gulf Place and this unit was everything and more than what we expected. They thought of everything. We will definitely stay here again!
