Service and facilities were good after the correction of an initial problem.
The first room I was given had a dirty mattress under the sheet, with dried matter (looking like dried blood) around the buttons on the mattress top surface. Check in staff responded positively to my complaint and gave me another room, without this problem.

The staff was top tiered. They were very professional and informative. They have homemade cookies provided for the guest. They have breakfast. The rooms and common areas were clean.
There isn't any elevators.

The receptionist was nice and the room was large.
It was in a bad area and was dirty. The sheets were stained, curtain ripped, counters dirty, hair everywhere, carpet dirty, dusty.
