We loved our stay! The Apartment was perfect! Well Equipped and spacious and close to beautiful Beaches!

Aloha!!! My husband and I just got married and was on our honeymoon from Texas. We were over the moon when we arrived at this beautiful villa. It was exactly as described and more. The property was easily accessible, as the restaurants and shopping malls, parking was good. Watching the sunrise from the balcony of the villa and then the sunset from the infinity pool was absolutely spectacular!! The property manager always responded. Not if, but when we make our way back to Hawai’i from Texas, this is the place we would love to stay. Mahalo for everything the Big Island has to offer. This trip was a dream come true!

The condo was beautiful and location is perfect. Waikoloa has everything guests need. One change to note; Downtown Kona now charges 15.00/hr, for parking, so if you are thinking about driving into Kona, be prepared to pay at least 30.00/for dinner, free here in Waikoloa!

Amazing place to stay! Check in and check out was easy. It was conveniently located near Kings Marketplace, which was awesome. The pool and gym was about a 2 minute walk. They had a pack n play ready as well, which helped us with our baby. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay at this property was fantastic. Great location, clean, beautiful view of the golf course. They had additional beach items that we used consistently. The pool and hot tub were lovely. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone in a heartbeat.

My wife and I celebrated our 35th Anniversary at The Fairway Villas in G-22 and it was a wonderful experience. Nice, quiet community, beautifully landscaped. At the end of our visit, my wife and I racked our brains to come up with a "room for improvement" comment and came up with nothing. StacyLynn and James property was so well equipped that it left us needing nor wanting anything more. The condo was decorated tastefully and cohesively throughout. We hope to be able to look your property up for our our 50th in 15 years. :-) Mahalo!

Second time in this complex and first time in this unit. Condo was clean and comfortable, and communication with the property Owner was great. This is our favorite part of the big island, and we would happily stay here again!

This was our 4th visit to the Big Island and our 3rd time staying in Waikoloa and this place was our favorite by far. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip. The beds were super comfy, there was lots of supplies in the kitchen for cooking, and the outside closet was stocked for a perfect day at the beach. We also enjoyed the lanai for breakfast and afternoon relaxing. Thanks for making this place so perfect for a nice vacation!

Condo was an absolute pleasure to stay at. The property was one of the cleanest we have experienced, everything was immaculate! Great beach toys in the closet, and the guest room had a queen bed which worked really well for us. The Decor was just lovely! The owners were so attentive & responsive to all our questions! I would high recommend this condo!!

The condo until was functional and lovely, had all of the amenities, hosts very responsive! The beds are every comfortable and we enjoy sitting on the back deck for our morning coffee. The resort has an awesome pool and hot tub! We used the BBQs quite a lot and they are kept very clean. We love staying in this resort as it’s close to all of our favourite beaches and a quick walk to the queens and kings shops!

This was our second time renting this lovely home. It had everything we needed to enjoy the island. The complex is beautiful and so well located. We enjoyed watching the sun set at “A” Beach, and then coming back to relax and bbq dinner in the evenings. We also loved having our morning coffee on the peaceful lanai overlooking the golf course. It’s awesome to be surrounded by so much beauty!

Beautiful grounds and pool Convenient to park vehicle close and undercover. Pretty and fragrant ...Welcoming landscaping at entry. Thoughtfully supplied and furnished. AC worked well and ceiling fans quiet. Close walk to shopping with nice beach nearby. Residents and other visitors friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to a return trip.

We just spent a month at this property in Hawaii and couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more. The unit is exactly as pictured and described on the website and the beds were very comfortable. This was our 4th stay at Waikoloa Fairway Villas and our favourite unit thus far. The Villas themselves are conveniently a short walk to both shopping malls as well as to the beach at A bay Check on was fast and easy and our hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would Definitley try and stay here again.

The unit was in an excellent location for shopping, dining, and morning walks. The complex was well-maintained and the pool area was very nice. My husband and I ate in more than 1/2 the time we were in Waikoloa and the unit was very well-equipped to do that. We would definitely stay there again!

And certainly won't be our last. The condo was clean, had everything we needed and made our return to the Big Island after 4 years so enjoyable. StacyLynn is super responsive and was very easy to communicate with.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Waikoloa, check out this lovely property. Clean, updated, perfect location...what more can you want? This was my 4th trip to the Big Island but my first staying somewhere other than a hotel. Sure have missed alot! It is so nice to come "home" after being out and about all day. The beds are comfy and the view is calming. On the fence?? Do It! Thank you for sharing your place. Maybe we will be back!!

We have been visiting Waikoloa for the past 15 years and this place was perfect for us and our local family. The pictures and description were exactly as described. Mahalo!

Nicely equipped, easy walk to shops and A beach.

This was our first time vacationing in a condo and it exceeded all our expectations. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable and was equipped with everything you could need. We had a wonderful stay and can not wait to return!

This condo is super comfortable and very quiet. The soundproofing between the units is great – you couldn’t hear anything other than occasionally rather heavy-footed person upstairs (but not much to do about that). There are wonderful views of the Kohala mountains and the golf course from the lanai. It is a very peaceful place to sit and relax in the afternoons. It’s nice to watch the golfers go by. You can see beautiful sunrises if you’re up early enough and sunsets reflected in the clouds in the evening. This condo is incredibly well stocked – probably the best we’ve ever seen in a vacation rental (and we’ve stayed in quite a few). The kitchen has everything you need, the furnishings are lovely and the beds are very comfortable. The bed linens are luxurious! There are lots of towels and space to put your stuff away. There’s even lots of hangers in the closets! There is a bunch of beach equipment in the lanai closet, including pool noodles, boogie boards, snorkel gear, a cooler, two Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella! The chairs were especially great to have when going to the beach. We had our own snorkel gear and small cooler, so we didn’t really have to use anything else. StacyLynn and James we’re wonderful to deal with (though I’m guessing it was mostly StacyLynn we were talking to 😁). She was very responsive to any requests and questions, though we didn’t have to text her often as we didn’t have any problems. Everything was very clean and worked perfectly. It was very nice to communicate directly with the owners of the unit as opposed to a faceless management company. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. I loved that the door used a code rather than a key. You didn’t have to worry about getting the key to begin with or losing it on the beach. The check-out instructions were just as simple. I can’t say enough great things about this place. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re headed to Waikoloa.

Comfortable, cute place in a great location. Close to the pool, store and shops. Beach is about a 15 minute walk or quick dive. The place is equipped with everything we needed for meals and adventures.

A real gem. Very homey.

We had a great week at this property, the owners were very responsive & helpful right from the start. Very clean& nice layout for 2 couples. You can walk to the Queens & Kings shops for coffee or a meal. It was great that they also provided beach chairs & boogie boards & umbrella for those trips up to Hapuna beach. Would definitely recommend.

This is a delightful condo overlooking the Lakes course at Waikaloha Villiage. Everything is well appointed and in fine condition. We loved our week there and look forward to another visit next year. Jack W and Donna L

My family, including 2 boys 11 and 9, really enjoyed our stay at the Fairway Villas! Check-in instructions were clear and easy, bonus we were able to get in early with no problem. The kitchen had random various items available, assuming they were left by other guests, which I used and also contributed to as well. A couple boogie boards in the closet, along with a cooler, beach bag, chairs, and umbrella were super convenient and a really awesome perk! We used the laundry, which worked well and was handy. My 9-year-old 70 pound son slept on the sleeper sofa. 1st night we didn't realize it wasn't made until bedtime, so we improvised and made do. I contacted owners next morning and they very quickly replied with instructions on how to get bedding = great! We also found a mattress topper in the 2nd bedroom closet and put it on the sofa mattress, which improved the comfort level significantly. Beautiful sunrises from the lanai, enjoyed the birdwatching and spotted a few mongoose. Pool was beautiful and fitness room was good. Word of caution, it is posted in many locations that children 12 and under are not allowed in the pool spa (hot-tub) or you will be fined $$. So be ready for some disappointment if your children like that part of the pool experience. We did not use the BBQ while there, but others were and it looked convenient - right next to the pool. Location was great, walked to petroglyphs, Kings shops, Queens shops and A-Bay Beach. The shopping was great, Kings had Hulakai for water gear rental, and Queens had a great Market for groceries and deli serving your basic breakfast lunch and dinner needs, plus all the souvenirs. The restaurants were great, and we even went to the movie theatre on our "down day" which coincided with a little rain - it was perfect! Oh and it was the kind of theatre that allows full menu and acholic beverages while watching the movie. Also, although walkable, A-bay was just a little too far for my boys... It was a bit of a trek across the hot lava field with no shade. So the first time we walked, and after that we drove to save our energy for when we got to the beach. Good snorkeling, swimming, tide pooling and turtle watching! We did so many things, but our family list of highlights are: Boogie boarding a Hapuna, snorkeling at Beach 49 (limited parking, maybe 20 spots, we got lucky!), Kanaloa Octopus Farm!! and Waipio Horseback riding... oh, and Sonic 2 at the theater of course. Great property!!!

A beautiful and well kept home away from home in a beautiful part of the world!

We loved this condo. It was clean, well equipped, and in a great location within the complex. We had easy access to the pool and bbq, and walking path to the shopping areas. We really enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the morning with our coffee and looking out over the peaceful golf course and beyond. This condo is a perfect jumping off point for exploring all that the big island has to offer. Even so, we ended up canceling some of our excursions in order to relax and enjoy this lovely home. Can’t wait to go back!!

We had a great time, the Villa was everything we could ask for, great kitchen, beautiful view from lanai, great weather and warm pool was fabulous.
