My family and I loved this home. The back deck literally overlooks a wonderful ocean view with a pathway to a private beach. The beach sand was fine, not rocky- perfect for making sand castles and playing with the kids. When we checked-in, the house was exactly as described and each bedroom had a dedicated mini-split climate system to keep the rooms cool at night. The house’s location was central to local restaurants and a grocery store was just down the road for any needs. The house kitchen came stocked with all the cooking utensils any chef would need. Overall, I see why this house has been rated one of the best vacation rentals in Sandwich. 10/10 recommend and would stay there again.

We enjoyed the beautiful setting of this cottage on the beach although it was quite chilly to be outside. There is a beautiful fireplace that kept us warm at night. The home was well-appointed and looked recently updated. One comment - read the description carefully. I neglected to see the sheets and towels were not included in the rental price. We stayed in other places where they were provided and didn't realize this would be an issue. You also should bring shower soaps as they were not provided. All said, this is a great location and a beautiful property.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house in Sandwich, MA. From the moment we booked, the owners were incredibly friendly and communicative, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Their warmth and attention to detail really made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed for our 3-day stay.
The house itself was clean and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the deck was absolute bliss. The location was perfect – just a short walk to the beach, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the cozy, comfortable furnishings, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We left feeling completely refreshed and can't wait to return. Thank you to the wonderful owners for making this such a memorable trip!
