28 Battery is a delightful Sea Pines Plantation home. This is a single level home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the plantation. When arriving at the home you will first walk through a wooden front gate, the pool and spa area is on the left. There is a BBQ grill and ample seating poolside where guests can enjoy lunch at the umbrella-covered table or relax in a lounge chair. An outdoor shower is provided for additional convenience.
As you enter the inside of the home, straight ahead is a spacious great room which has high ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, a 40" flat panel TV with DVD and Blu-ray for streaming and an antique-style dining table for six. Off the dining room is access to the large screened-in porch so you can soak in the ambience of the Low Country while relaxing with multiple seating areas. It is great for unwinding at the end of the day.
The fully-equipped kitchen is to the right as you enter and is very open with several skylights. It features a breakfast bar that seats three and an eat-in kitchen table that seats four with access to the back deck. There is also a sleeper sofa in this room that can be used for additional guests.
When first entering the home, the twin bedroom is immediately on the left featuring a 32” flat screen with DVD player. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the hallway and has a stone tile walk-in shower. Down the hallway to the left as you enter is the first master suite with king-sized bed, 40” SMART TV and private bath with walk-in shower. The 2nd master suite is on the right at the end of the hall. It has a king-sized bed with a 40" SMART TV, walk-in closet, private bath with walk-in stone tile shower and a soaking tub.
28 Battery is sure to provide a memorable and “artful” vacation for your family. It is a short walk to the beach and is in close proximity to the Sea Pines Center and South Beach Marina, which offers entertainment, shopping, restaurants, and boating activities.

We loved the home arrangement, bright and open. The pool and spa were fantastic for late September. We paid the extra for a heated spa it was well worth it for those cool evenings. We brought our Bichon along and he enjoyed the ocean. The property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay there again.

This home has it all and is in the perfect location within Sea Pines. Only a couple minutes from Harbour Town and South Beach. The fully fenced area around the pool was perfect for spending time outside with our dog and the screened porch allowed us to enjoy several meals outside but without the bugs. The home was very clean, and kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials. A+ island getaway.

The area was nice and we enjoyed our time at Hilton Head. We have been coming to Sea Pines for over 40 years and have a time share at Spice Bush. Location was nice and convenient to the beach and shopping. We enjoyed the screened in porch and we were able to use the pool a couple of times. Layout was good and beds were comfortable. The living room furniture was ok. However, there were a few issues with the rental -- 2nd bedroom's bathroom vanity drawer would not open, towel bar fell off. Main bedroom fan would speed up and slow down without changing the speed. Front bedroom had lights in the bathroom come on without us turnings on the switch. Kitchen needed to have better pans (that did not stick - ended up going to Walmart and buying pans) knives were not sharp (bought some at Walmart) and there were no potholders (bought those too). each time we used the oven (even just for heating it up - before we put anything in) it set off the fire alarm.
